When shoud I arrive?

For the ceremony, please arrive between 1:15 and 1:30 PM so you have enough time to park, walk to the church, and be seated before the ceremony begins promptly at 2:00 PM. The walk from the parking lot takes approximately 5–7 minutes.

Reception doors open at 4:30 PM. Please plan to arrive at or after 4:30 PM, as the venue cannot accommodate early entry.

Visit the Schedule page for the complete wedding-day timeline.

What should I wear?

Attire: Formal

We kindly invite our guests to join us in formal attire for our wedding celebration. As our ceremony will take place in a traditional Catholic church, we ask that guests choose attire that reflects both the formality of the occasion and the reverence of the sacred setting. Spring colors are welcome. Please do not wear jeans.

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors. However, Colorado spring weather is famously unpredictable. It may be snowing, surprisingly hot, or somehow both in the same afternoon. We recommend checking the forecast and bringing an appropriate layer for the walk between your car and each venue.

Men

A suit with a dress shirt, tie, and dress shoes is appropriate.

Women

Formal dresses, gowns, or elegant dressy separates are appropriate.

May I take pictures or videos?

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking pictures or videos inside the church. Photography is welcome everywhere else during the celebration.

Please do not feel obligated to capture the day for us—we will have a professional photographer there. We would love for you to relax, be present, and celebrate with us.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

No. The ceremony will take place in Colorado Springs, and the reception will follow in Larkspur, roughly a 30-minute drive, a 2-hour bike ride, or, if you’re feeling ambitious, a 9-hour walk away. Please allow enough travel time between locations.

See the Travel page for addresses, directions, and parking information.

When should I RSVP?

Please respond by February 26, 2027.

When filling out the RSVP, please submit one response for your invitation and list each guest who plans on attending.

Can I bring a guest? Are children invited?

We’ve included everyone who is invited, including children and plus-ones, on each invitation.

If you believe we may have missed someone, please feel free to reach out to us.
